Run the first scan
From the embedded dashboard, click Scan Products. SEOMelon scores product titles, descriptions, image alt text, metadata, FAQ/AEO content, and schema opportunities.
Review one product
Open a product detail page, inspect the score and missing fields, then generate suggested SEO title, description, alt text, FAQ/AEO content, and JSON-LD schema.
Approve before publishing
Edit generated suggestions if needed, then apply approved product metadata back to Shopify. Auto Blog drafts should stay review-first unless the merchant intentionally enables auto-publishing.
What the concierge can answer
The agent should stay inside setup, first scan, review workflow, pricing basics, and support escalation.
Do I need another account?
No. SEOMelon runs inside Shopify admin after install. There is no separate login for merchants.
Will SEOMelon publish changes automatically?
Product suggestions and blog drafts are review-first by default. Merchants should review and approve changes before anything is published.
What if the first scan looks wrong?
Check that the store has products with titles and descriptions, then contact support@seomelon.app with the store domain and what looked wrong.
